Adeleke Ogunnugba

EXPERIENCE

Adeleke obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State in 2015 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He has worked in several notable law firms in Nigeria where he garnered experience as a vibrant and meticulous legal practitioner. He has successfully represented clients in various states and federal superior Courts of records and Tribunals in Nigeria.

He represented several individuals in a multi-million Naira debt recovery action against a major commercial Bank in Nigeria on a failed real estate project. He has also successfully represented individuals and a political party on various constitutional matters as it affects the internal affairs of the political party and other pre-election matters. He has advised both local and foreign companies on incorporation and post incorporation matters.

Adeleke is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association - Section of Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association - Section of Legal Practice, Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria, amongst others. Adeleke enjoys traveling and networking during his free time.
