Oluyemisi is a Corporate and transaction lawyer that has a broad range experience in corporate and commercial, financing and dispute resolution. This experience has been garnered from years in active practice while working as a litigation and commercial counsel in one of Nigeria’s leading law firms. In the sphere of commercial dispute resolution, she has acted as counsel in several legal proceedings. She has worked closely in areas touching on Banking, Commercial Trade, Aviation, Investment Banking/Asset management and Information Technology. With a background in Corporate commercial law, Oluyemisi has been involved in key negotiations for private clients, multi-national companies and government agencies. She has also drafted, advised and reviewed several agreements such as concession agreements; share purchase agreements; development lease agreements, service level agreements and manufacturing, licensing and distribution agreements. Oluyemisi has an eye for detail and has utilized her skills which cuts through litigation and corporate commercial practice to achieve coherent legal opinions for and behalf of clients.
