We combine this practice with transaction and advisory work in infrastructure projects. We acted as solicitors to the project developer-concessionaire of Africa’s largest infrastructure on going project a multibillion dollar, 10 million square meter city development, with a planned power barge facility. We have experience in all aspects of infrastructure projects ranging from construction to utilities, transaction and financing. We have advised and assisted clients in establishing in country and cross border financial trade zones and in the sale and purchase of major upstream and downstream assets involving local and international investors. The firm has also advised  on the financing of a major refinery in West Africa. Members of the firm played a role in the discussion and thinking that led to the reform of the petroluem industry in Nigeria which culminated in the promulgation of the Petroluem Industry Act 2022 which has repositioned the industry for future growth.
