Ndidi is a Senior Associate and specialises in corporate & commercial transactions including corporate advisory, energy |& infrastructure, banking & finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She was part of the team that advised a major multinational financial services company in a US$ 800,000,000 credit facility and US$ US$ 925,000,000 secured note to finance the global acquisition of an international energy conglomerate with some subsidiaries and assets in Nigeria.

In her banking and debt finance experience, Ndidi has acted for corporate borrowers, as well as national and international lenders in transactions across various industries, including energy, real estate, maritime and aviation. Ndidi undertakes corporate governance and regulatory compliance reviews and assists clients organize their corporate and personal affairs.
